Good, secure facility and great rates. Can get your own 20′ container for the price of a 3X3 at ‘regular’ storage unit warehouses. Would not consider any other storage facilities now I’ve found this.

We booked a storage container from City West early last year when we were downsizing and couldn’t decide what to keep and what to get rid of. We had planned to rent the storage for 4-6 months but ended up using it for 18 months! The main reason for this was the easy access to the storage container and the awesome advice and assistance we got from the support staff at City West whenever we required help. I would certainly recommend them to anyone that wants to use a storage facility.

I needed storage in a hurry for my camper trailer and contacted City West Storage. The process and ease in organising a spot was convenient simple and pricing was reasonable. Melanie was particularly helpful, pleasant and communicated well, she even called to inform me of an issue the wind had caused with a solar panel I had installed and offered to help!

City West is a new storage facility at North Altona. The containers are brand new and there’s very tight security. The staff are lovely to deal with. I want to thank Kaye for her assistance and help with getting me storage and a container that was easy for me to unload to. As well as containers, they also have outside areas where you can store your caravan, car or trailer. The storage price was very affordable compared to others. I highly recommend this storage facility and would definitely use again.
