Hi there!

We’re Ned and Jeff from City West Storage.

We’ve been in the storage game since 2004 and we’ve just built this brand new facility in Kororoit Creek Road, Altona North. We’re members of the Self Storage Association of Australasia and we have lots of satisfied customers who have seen how we look after our customers and treat them like we would want to break treated.

We are a family owned business – well two families actually. We pride ourselves on providing safe, clean, dry, secure storage that you can drive up to any time you like. We keep prices low because we felt that there were a lot of people who required storage, but didn’t want to pay a fortune for it. How do we do this and still offer a great service?

6 Reasons To Choose City West

We offer a no-frills, down-to-earth, simple storage facility. We don’t hire out trailers, sell boxes or any of the other materials you might need to move. We won’t win any awards for looking the best and we don’t offer any add-on services. We cover the basics because that’s all you need for secure, strong, safe self-storage!

We have low overheads and if you want to meet us on-site, we will need to make a time to do it. In order to maintain our prices, we don’t sit around all day waiting for the phone to ring! You can call us anytime you like, but we don’t think you should be paying for our time if we are not there! If you do need to meet us, we can easily arrange this, but most of the information you need to know is on this website.

If you are looking for glitz and glamour, don’t come to us! Our facility is clean, secure and very convenient, but not beautiful! You are paying for storage, not good looks… (of course, we are very good looking haha)

We only offer one size of storage– a 20 foot shipping container. This makes it easy for us to manage and we do not cater for people wanting to store only a very small number of items. Despite this many people find that a larger storage space with us is still cheaper than less space at another facility (people have actually told us that we are nearly half the prices of some other facilities, and offer security, access and service that is just as good or better!)

The minimum time for storage is three months. We can’t offer these prices for less than that because of the time and effort it takes us to set up a new customer, but we make it worthwhile for you to store for longer! That’s a win for us and a win for you!
