City West Storage is a member of the Self Storage Association of Australasia (SSAA). While we have just opened this site, we have been a member of the SSAA since 2004!
The SSAA is the Industry Association for self storage in Australia and New Zealand. You should never book self storage with any company that is not a member of this group! The SSAA provide legal protection for storers and self storage owners and ensure that every transaction is fair and equitable.

The SSAA provides support, education, advocacy and advice to members, and conducts Seminars, Workshops, Conferences, Training Courses, Mystery Shopping, Award for Excellence Programs and Legal Support.
Importantly the SSAA, ‘keeps storage operators honest’ and is a great way for you – the customer – to know that you are in good hands. You should always ensure that any storage is via a business that is connected to the Self Storage Association of Australasia.
