Want to get started with us? Here’s how it works:

Sign Up

Click the sign up button on this website and choose from one of our self-storage packages. When you sign up, we will be in touch right away with all your move in details and we’ll bill you for the first month of self-storage.

Move in

We’ll organise your container and give you an individualised access and alarm code. You bring your goods, drive right up to your container and store everything safely and securely. You can also use one of our trusted movers.

Kick Back

Access the site 7 days/week, 365 days per year. Your goods are secure in our brand new, individually alarmed units. You can come to visit whenever you want and our support team is on hand every day if you need help.

No Frills…City West Storage is a no-frills, down-to-earth, simple storage facility. We don’t hire out trailers, sell boxes or any of the other materials you might need to move. We won’t win any awards for looking the best and we don’t offer any add-on services. We cover the basics because that’s all you need for secure,strong, safe self storage!.

Shipping containers make simple but excellent storage. We have been using them to store everything on our sites since 2004. Shipping containers are perfect for storage and many of the things people store with us have already spent three months or more in a shipping container on their way to Australia! The container we have for you is brand new, completely watertight, dust-proof and has easy, drive-up access. You use your own lock and can access your container 7 days/week, 365 days per year!

To ensure we can keep prices as low as possible, our minimum storage period is three months, allowing us to reduce Admin costs and pass the savings on to you! When you move in, we charge for the first three months, then monthly via credit card or direct debit (we don’t accept cash). When you are ready to move out, just give us 30 days notice – easy!
